Free Cricut Classes
Last year, the library got a Cricut Explore Air 2 machine. It’s free to use at the library, just pay for materials or bring your own!
To teach people how to use the Cricut machine, we’re having a series of classes, each covering a specific material/topic. We’ll cover how to create your project in Design Space, how to load the machine to get the best cuts, tips and tricks for applying materials, and ideas for other projects. Plus, each week, participants will get to make a small craft to try out the techniques for themselves! These classes are designed for beginners who are brand new to the Cricut machine, but even experienced users might learn a thing or two!
Saturday, March 18th 1-2pm: VINYL (Stickers)
Saturday, March 25th 1-2pm: IRON-ON VINYL
Saturday, April 8th 1-2pm: FABRIC CUTTING
All of these events are free to attend! The amazing Friends of the Library have donated all the supplies for the craft projects. You don’t have to attend all events to participate - you can just come to the ones that interest you!
Check out our events listings for each event for more information on specific topics/classes.
